ABOUT US

Over 10 years ago, we saw a need within our community for a safe place where men who were struggling with life-controlling addictions could come and receive the help and resources they needed to change their lives, not only for themselves, but also for their families and their children.

East Bay Men’s Recovery Center was opened and we began to build a program that addresses the unique needs of men and addiction. Our 12-month program is broken up into 5 Phases specifically designed to help men go from learning to live free from addictions to planning for their futures. We have helped hundreds of men over the years, giving them the encouragement, accountability and resources to be successful.

“There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.”

East Bay Men’s Recovery Center is a Christ-centered program who helps men from all different walks of life, regardless of their religious beliefs. We help men coming out of prison, men who have lived on the streets, men who have careers and families, East Bay Men’s Recovery Center is here for them.

INTRO PHASE

The Intro Phase to our program involves assessing the specific needs of each man and getting him started in his recovery process.

PHASE ONE

This phase of our program takes the men through the first steps of AA and gets them involved in our work program as well as life skills classes.

PHASE TWO

Men will continue in working their recovery and Bible study and will begin to learn about character and making good decisions in this phase.

PHASE THREE

In this phase men will begin to be given opportunities for leadership, learn skills for relapse prevention and learn how to communicate properly.

TRANSITION PHASE

In the final phase of our program, men will be taught how to write a resume and interview, they will continue to finish their last steps in AA and begin to look for employment and a place to live.
